Check out one of my new products! In this activity, first grade math students will have fun modeling addition using connecting cubes. They will pretend that the cubes are apples and add them to a paper tree that they decorate. Kids love imaginary play and it’s excellent for their learning development. This is a first grade math addition activity. It is compatible with Lesson 1.2 of the Go Math curriculum.
