In this fun, easy, no prep game, students will have fun getting to know their classmates! This is a great, simple classroom community building activity. The teacher will stand at the front of the classroom and ask the students to stand up if they meet the criteria stated. This activity could also be used in distance learning in a virtual class meeting. The following are some examples of what you might say, but you can add any movements/sentences to meet your classroom’s needs. It is a nice way for students to see that they although they are all different, they have a lot of similarities between their classmates. It’s also a great way for you go get to know your students.
