In the beginning of the school year, I always send out a letter to parents/guardians in order to get to know my students and their families better. I created a digital beginning of the school year parent letter, because I am trying to go as paperless as possible. I have enough paperwork as it is! I created a Google Form for parents/guardians to fill out about their children.
The best thing about this form is that I can access it from any device with an internet connection. I no longer have to carry around a stack of papers in my bag with important information about my students. I can simply access all of their information from my cell phone or laptop.
