How Yoga is Keeping Me Sane
A few months ago, I had extreme lower back pain, which I think was caused by mopping my floors with a standard floor mop. I have now switched to a steam mop which is much easier on my back. To help ease the pain, I started doing yoga. I downloaded the Glo app, because it had yoga routines designed specifically for lower back pain. It worked wonders! My back pain literally went away in 2 days and usually it lasts much longer than that.
I love the Glo app! There are a variety of workouts, but my favorites are yoga and pilates. I can do it at any time, and they even have 5, 10, 15, and 20 minute routines if you are super busy and can’t do a longer workout. It has really improved my flexibility and has helped me deal with the stresses of working from home while parenting during the coronavirus shutdown.
