I decided to go with this beautiful Lovely Lemons weekly kit by Fern Creek stickers which I purchased on Etsy. It matches the yellow colors in my colorful Erin Condren LifePlanner very nicely. For some reason, I have always been a fan of anything with lemons on it! The color yellow is such a cheerful color that instantly puts me in a good mood. If you noticed that I left a lot of blank areas in my planner, that is because I do not like to cover it completely with stickers since I often use my planner to make checklists of things to do as they come up during the week.

To cut the washi tape on the bottom of my weekly spread, I used this orange Fiskars Fingertip Craft Knife. I love this little tool for cutting washi tape. It works so well. You do have to be careful, because it is extremely sharp! {affiliate links provided}
To write in my planner, I always use the Pilot G2 Gel Pens. They are the best pens I have ever used and they last a long time. They are also very affordable! One thing I especially like about these pens is that they write very nicely on stickers.
I bought the fingertip knife after someone suggested it on FB…probably you. 🙂
My problem thus far is I'm cutting through the paper when cutting washi, even when I'm trying to be light-handed. Any tips?
Wow, I have never had that problem. That is unfortunate. Maybe you can put a thick piece of paper behind it when you are cutting it. Sorry, not sure why it's doing that! Good luck!
Omg I have the same problem!!
