I just purchased some adorable decorations for my flamingo-themed classroom!
I’m going to write all of my students’ names on these cute little flamingo cut-outs to decorate my hallway bulletin board.
I’m going to use these black Creative Teaching Press letters to spell out “Welcome to Our First Grade Flock!”
I’m going to have a bulletin board for “How We Go Home,” and I’m going to write how the kids get home with a black Sharpie on these bus cut-outs.
On the “How We Go Home” bulletin board, I bought some tan fabric to cover the bulletin board. I prefer fabric rather than paper since it lasts longer and does not fade. I purchased the fabric at JoAnn’s. For the border, I purchased this Creative Teaching Press Palm Paradise Monstera Leaves Border.
I have 7 bulletin boards that are up high. For these small bulletin boards, I am going to continue with the tan fabric theme, since it was affordable and it will match almost anything.I am going to use both the tropical leaf border (see above) and this flamingo border that I just adore! {affiliate links}
Finally, I’m going to hang these pretty Tropical Pink Flamingo Party Honeycomb Decorations from the ceiling. I can’t wait to show it all to you when it is finished!
