Humans were not engineered to sit for hours at a time. It’s just not good for us. In too many classrooms today, kids are made to sit for entirely too many hours each day. It’s not good for their physical or intellectual development. If you would like to read an excellent article about the research that supports movement breaks for kids, click here to read this Washington Post article titled “Why Students Shouldn’t Be Forced to Spend So Much Time Sitting at Desks in Class” by Valerie Strauss. With the social distancing restrictions in place this year, teachers are going to have to come up with creative ways to get kids moving! I created “Winter Wiggle Breaks” cards to help teachers get their kiddos moving throughout the school day. All of these Wiggle Breaks can be done while students are standing up next to their desks. Create a healthy, happy, and relaxed classroom environment by incorporating movement breaks into your school day. These breaks are even good for the teacher!
Having read this I believed it was really enlightening.
I appreciate you spending some time and energy to
put this content together. I once again find myself personally spending a lot of time both reading and
posting comments. But so what, it was still worth it! boutique psg maillot

Howdy! This blog post couldn’t be written any better! Reading
through this article reminds me of my previous roommate!
He constantly kept preaching about this. I’ll forward this article to him.
Fairly certain he’ll have a good read. Thanks for sharing!
